Tech Gravity ("I", "me", "my") builds apps for iOS. This policy explains what data my apps collect, how it is used, and your rights as a user. The short version: I do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you.
My apps do not collect, transmit, or share:
There are no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no crash reporting services in my apps.
My apps store preferences and game state locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults system. This data — such as your current puzzle, settings, and difficulty preference — never leaves your device and is not accessible to me or any third party.
You can clear this data at any time by deleting the app.
PixelSudoku uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. If you choose to enable Game Center, Apple processes data according to their own privacy policy. I receive only anonymised Game Center data (e.g. scores) through Apple's APIs — I never see your Apple ID or personal details.
You can opt out of Game Center entirely from your device's Settings app. All game features work without Game Center enabled.
Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy
My apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because no personal data is collected from any user, my apps are safe for children to use.
Since no personal data is transmitted or stored outside your device, there is no server-side data to secure or breach.
If I add features that change the data practices described here, I will update this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the app after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
