Before you write

Include the product name, what you expected, what happened instead, and — if it's a bug — your device or browser version. A screenshot is worth a thousand words here too.

Bugs

Reproducible bugs get priority. If something eats your progress or your draft, say so plainly in the subject line and it goes to the top of the pile.

Feature requests

Welcome, with one honest caveat: these products stay deliberately small. The best requests make a tool sharper at what it already does.

Privacy questions

Short answers live in each product's privacy policy. Anything they don't cover, ask by mail.
